March 2010. Leandro Pires, a 12 year old boy, was a victim of continued bullying.
After being attacked by an older student, Leandro ran away from his school and committed suicide by throwing himself into the river Tua, in Mirandela (Portugal). His brother and cousins tried to stop him but have not succeeded.
